Refund policy
1. Returns Policy
Go-Be™ sleeves are not eligible for a refund. Other products, including the Honeycomb carrier, may be returned in the original, unopened and saleable condition that you received it, with original tags and packaging. We cannot accept for return any item that is opened, not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts unless delivered to you in that condition. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase along with the returned item(s). Sale items are ineligible for a refund.
Permitted returns will be accepted by mail if received within 30 days of purchase. We cannot provide a refund or exchange after 30 days of purchase. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
Please note that if you received the item as a gift and the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be sent to the gift-giver, and the gift-giver will be notified of your return.
2. Refunds Process
Please contact us at hello@go-besleeves.com to request a refund. You are responsible for your shipping costs to return any item. In the event that we pay the shipping costs for a return, it will be deducted from your refund amount. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email that we have received your returned item and if a refund is approved. If the return is approved for a refund, it will be processed and your original method of payment will be automatically credited. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take a few days for a credit to appear on your account once processed by us. If you do not see a refund posted with your bank or credit card company a week after the refund was processed, please contact us.
3. Exchanges
We replace purchased items only if it is in a defective or damaged condition when you receive it. If that occurs and you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at hello@go-besleeves.com. All items must be returned with its receipt or proof of purchase.
